currently hosts the bill collection service for Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd in the BSNL West Zone covering the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Goa for GSM (Mobile), CDMA (WLL) & Basic Phone (Landline) Subscribers. Presently the services is available in 87 Telecom revenue districts (SSA’s) of BSNL addressing more than 01 lacks customers every month with dedicated and strong network of 2800 franchised collection outlets, which we are targeting to scale up to 30,000 outlets for better coverage and to cover the full available collection potential across the zone.
We have several achievements to our credit i.e.
- Only successful solution service provider for " Cell-One Bill Payment (CBP) " service in west zone amongst all the four zones, nearly 70,000 BSNL customers are happily enjoying easy pay powered BSNL CBP services in west zone.
- First time deployment of wallet based bill payment platform as a pilot to be rolled out in Pune for MSEDCL in the month of Nov-2011.
- Innovation of Electricity Bill payment platform for multi utility bill payments successfully deployed for BSNL west zone in 2008.
- Development of retail software applications on E-pos devices and Tablets using cloud computing technology for unorganized retail, to enable better supply chain management, B2B and B2C transactions with major thrust on contact less/ cash less transactions.
- This is DTPL’s unique offering in itself, for Banking and Financial Institutions for merchant acquisitions, to enable them cashless transaction, touch points for payment gateways, utilization as micro ATMs and rendering business correspondence services for financial inclusion program.
- BSNL’s first call center solution in BSNL Indore (M.P.) and BSNL Surat (Gujarat) in 2001.
